Brandy-type spirit prepared with medium and high-strength wine spirits, 77% and 94% Alc./Vol. aged in oak casks. Selected spirits of good white wines, healthy and fit for consumption. Aged for 18 months in American oak casks according to the traditional Sherry system of Soleras and Criaderas. Amber coloured brandy of extraordinary character, a result of the careful selection of the grapes used as the raw material and the length of its aging. Very balanced flavor and fragrant finish. Due to its great versatility and quality this brandy is recommended both with a mixer and as an ingredient of numerous cocktails, as well as neat or on the rocks.

Alfonso I Platinum

Definition: is a new blend in which finest ingredients have been used under the supervision of our Master Blender. Part of this blend contains liquid coming from the Soleras of Alfonso XO Brandy from Williams & Humbert. This special spirit drink expression is very much influenced by its Ageing in American oak seasoned with Sherry wines kept at our Spanish Bodegas in Jerez de la Frontera.

Alcohol content: 28% Alc./vol.

Type of Product: Brandy de Jerez Solera.

Selected grape spirits distilled from excellent white wines that would be suitable for direct consumption. Aged in American oak casks under the traditional system of Soleras until it attains the minimum age required of a Brandy de Jerez Solera.

Tasting Notes

Alfonso Platinum is a full golden colour, clear and bright, with hints of fruits, ginger and honey and with a soft and good length grape wine spirit finish.

Suggestions for consumption

Outstanding in mixed drinks, it is also excellent in a snifter or in a glass with abundant ice.

AlfonsoI Solera Brandy 1L

Alfonso I Spanish brandy is blended and matured in the Sherry-producing town of Jerez de la Frontera. It has been matured in old Sherry casks in the traditional solera ageing system, which gives this brandy an exceptionally smooth mellow richness.

Tasting notes: Light, amber-coloured brandy with golden tones. Its “estery” aroma corresponds to the good distilled wines with which it is prepared, providing a reminder of its spirit, with light oak tones.
